Purpose:

• To craft an APA Term Paper using the style sheet generated from interrogating the Journal article

APA Term Paper Directions

1. Use the STAMPED APA paper from Level 3.
2. Format the paper according to the style sheet you created from Levels 5: Interrogating a Journal Article. That is, format the paper exactly like the journal article.
3. Every idea and fact in the paper must be supported by an appropriate source.
   • If you can use peer-reviewed articles, do so.
   • If you are discussing people's general views and feelings, you'll need at least to cite a professional source or ACTUAL social media posts about those views.
   • Social media posts are NEVER to be used to "prove" your argument. Social media posts are the subjects in an experiment--by observing exchanges on social media, you can infer the "support" for your paper, akin to observing an experiment in a lab.
   • You MUST openly acknowledge that the professional source or social media information has not undergone rigorous study/academic study and is merely for anecdotal purposes.
4. You must have one graph and one table in the paper.
   • The table/graph information does not need to concern your paper--this is a formatting practice.
   • Do not copy and paste images of table or graphs.
   • Make them!
   • You may replicate (not copy paste) and properly cite the graph and the table from an article or you may take information from an article and create a table and a graph based on that information.

The Grading will take a long time

• Don't expect a quick turn around with the grading of these papers
• I will be correlating your APA Term paper with your journal article with your interrogation table. This will take time.
